Hotel Do Pozzi - Venice

In general the service was good. Thoroughly enjoyed the room with twin beds, my bed was exceptionally comfortable. The breakfast was incredibly nice with croissants, cheese and also instant coffee and attention to detail.

Everyone we met from the staff was extremely great and polite. Our room was reasonably spacious and huge, included with amazing view as well as unnecessary space, had an excellent stay: D

I became ill and was admitted to the hospital. The Hotel Staff was extremely helpful to my wife - we had to extend our stay. The staff took very good care of her and when they could no longer accommodate us they worked very hard and found us another hotel. Highly recommend.

The situation of the hotel is excellent and the courtyard a welcome place to sit and relax. Our third stay at the hotel and we have found the standards consistent.

An excellent situation near San Marco. Good breakfast buffet, and friendly, helpful staff.

There is some noise from pedestrians using the street at the back; rooms overlooking this street can have chattering and footsteps until late at night.

It's at the center of many well-known designer shops.

Our room overlooks the busy street and it gets too noisy at night.

It is literally a 2 minute walk with bags to the Hotel from the vaperetto stop St. Maria de Giglio and it is in a very 'posh' area with Burberry next door etc. so it is very safe and it is not expensive compared to the Hotels around it. St.Marco Square is just down the street so very central. We were also upgraded when we got there and the room was very comfortable. It had the best breakfast of any Hotel that we stayed at in Italy with wonderful pastries etc.

Close proximity to St Mark's Square, scenic outdoor courtyard, appealing old-world charm

Awkward stair layout making access difficult!!! Shower flooding creating unsuitable bathing conditions!!! Inconsistent room quality leading to dissatisfaction among guests!!! Noise disturbances from external sources impacting the experience!!!

Hi, I absolutely loved the Hotel, it's location and the actual room and surrounds were lovely. It was close to all shopping and tourist attractions but out of the way enough that you were not disturbed by noise. I loved how you could have breakfast in the courtyard and I found the staff very helpful and friendly. If I return to Venice I would have no hesitation in staying there again. Regards A. Herman

Perfect & spacious room with twin beds, the shower cubicle and modern bathroom. Generally the service was great!

The proximity to major attractions was unbeatable, with the square just a short walk away. The air conditioning provided a welcome escape from the scorching heat. The noise from the street was disruptive, despite using earplugs, and the cleanliness of the accommodations left much to be desired. We also encountered a lack of responsive service when addressing our concerns, which diminished our experience significantly.

Very good arragement of this hotel and the old building where it is.Quite place and not far from the center.

It was a problem to get a hot water for the tea. After breakfast machine stops working, and the worker of the bar suggested me to go to the nearest bar to ask for a water there.
